About the slot Canyons
Over 170 million years ago, violent storms began eroding away the soft sedimentary rock found throughout much of southern Utah creating the largest number of slot canyons in the world. Light often falls through many of the narrow openings which can drop down 100 feet to the canyon floor.
As rushing water sliced through narrow crevices, unique twisted canyons developed beneath the ground. The beauty and intrigue of slot canyons lies in the delicate lighting and intricate structure of the canyon walls.
沙龙的几位大师都上过Slot Canyon的片子，非常精美，十分养眼。这次实地拍摄，百闻而一见，果然不同凡响。上几张片子与大家分享，并请多拍几砖。

多谢Xie大师。
由于没有做足homework,资讯不清，在Page住了三天，竟然没有去下谷。回来后看了Xie师的片子，才恍然大悟，失之交臂，十分遗憾。不过也给了我故地重游的借口。下次一定不会放过，还有The Wave.
Xie师下谷拍得如此之精美细腻，佩服，学习。

谢云漫大师。由于当时观光，拍照的人很多，十分拥挤，拍3#时，一不小心，右下角收进了一个镜头，只好给裁了。

再看一张by accident拍到的奇特景观。注意看右侧石壁上有一个隐现的人头。回来乍一看，着实让偶虚惊了一把。还好当时多拍了几张，有下面这张为证，否则还真说不清了。
