I don't think you can adjust the image size when uploading/posting to the forum. The image size really depends on the size used when you saved it. For example, I use Picasa 3 for quick editing work. And when posting to this forum, I re-size and save the photo to 800 pixels. In other words, a jpeg photo file may be originally 4.8 MB. But after I re-sized it to 800 pixels, the file size is only 240 KB, which fits the forum photo unload limit perfectly.
