Sam,

Looks good. For the skin retouch work and the so called "beauty fashion", the work is actually clean and smooth. However, I myself like to preserve the natural skin texture and shadow and try to remove only irregular skin pattern or skin-noise because I personally like people with smooth (i.e. uniform and consistent) and fine skin, but that is just my taste. Anyone who opens a magazine would see a wide variety of styles. Some are very over-smoothed (and flat) and others are more natural and coarse.

Just ask any Asian and Westerner about their views on the skin taste and you will see a big difference. Asians view the fine and fair skins as one of the highest beauty factors and Westerners would place that low on the list, below the shape, feature, and height. So, difference approaches and styles for different works and peoples. Just my personal 2 cents.

Wow, you had a very nice model ! 不過你磨皮磨得那麼辛苦,但別摸得太過份啊! :lol2death:

嘿嘿，练磨皮怎么练到改表情了，只要会photoshop的都会用liquify都会改。不过好像对真正的后期加工没有什么帮助。

上面说错了, mask = mark.

谢谢夸奖, 第一次用photoshop cs4 改, 发现cs4 确实强大, 基本可以把texture reapply 到原层并且不怎么lose detail. 其实我还是磨的稍微过了点, 阴影和detail还是受影响了, 主要是原图太小, 一些参数不好掌握, texture 做不精细, 你要是有兴趣, 我把步骤写给你. 应该是比较porfessional 的磨皮套路之一. 当然, 最重要的还是像小庄斑竹说的, 前期做得好, 后期省老鼻子劲了. 况且, 不同风格的人像不同的磨法. 不是一个套路就能套用的.

我也磨了呀。只是方法和效果不一样。多做了一点点，随便玩玩的。有机会请你赐教CS4.

我认为磨皮最简单的方法是在颜色通道中分别执行高斯模糊命令，然后滤色混合 即可。

附图，2.分钟就好，磨皮不要破坏原图纹理，只是淡化处理，才让人觉得像自己，而不是千篇一律，同理可用于处理噪点，仅是个人意见，请教高手指点

我也来试一张三分钟的磨皮，然后用adjustment layer来刷出眼睛及嘴唇。请指点。。。。
Actually, PSD file looks better than the jpg (brighter).
