Greg, we arrived around 3PM and did not pay attention to the program schedule, so WE MISSED THE QUEEN! What a shame! I used a 100mm macro lens on 5D and 70-200mm on a 20D. Except the first photo, all were from the 5D with 100mm lens. Therefore, almost all of them have the same composition. My success rate is low, since I failed to focus on subject's eyes most of the time and the depth of focus is very shallow on the the 100mm macro lens. Lesson learned is to know your tool! Obviously I have not done my homework to get familiar with my lens

3pm and with families, that is tough. The lens test result for portrainture is fabulous. Some of these are very beautiful. In my opinion you did a wonderful job in getting to the intimate distance. You would have achieved more if used the other lens.

非常漂亮的作品。过去一直以为100mm macro只是拍微距用的，没想到100mm macro可以拍这么高质量人像片。真是一个价廉物美的头，马上去弄一个玩玩。

真是張張精彩,敬佩！学习ing.張老師贊賞Dr.Fengyu的老虎片,并預示renaissance的拍片一定精彩.我反復学习ing.正像Greg Liang友贊賞的不僅"每弹必中眉芯,眼神的确出来了",人物的角度選擇.抓取的人物神態都很好.背景不多很干靜.許彬老師對攝影有一句精辟的概述"繪畫是做加法,攝影是做減法.(大意如此)"Dr.Fengyu對片子的剪裁也是很得體的,在学习ing.

非常感谢你们的鼓励！

尽管我抓到了几张较好的片子，但成功率很低。用两台相机，我拍了快700张片。因为看佟老师和张老师的片子收到了激励，我只能挑较好的片子登上来。我用Lightroom2，放大到100%，只挑选眼睛focused的片子。另外，我调高了Fill light来显出眼睛虹膜的颜色。很高兴你们喜欢这些照片。

不知佟老师和张老师有没有用Lightroom2来调高Fill light。如果没有，那我真佩服你们的相片质量！

Tony可能不知道，佟老师和张老师用Leica 100mm macro APO镜，拍出了惊人的作品。我没有Leica, 只好用Canon的100mm macro将就。看来这狗头did its job! The weakest link是我，不是镜头。Leica 100mm macro APO镜是手动对焦，可想而知，佟老师和张老师的功力！Tony, 如果budget is an issue, 买Canon 100mm macro也不会错，it is highly recommended by some professionals.
